German courses with quality guarantee

The following applies to the individual course types:

• For courses that take place several times a week (e.g. intensive, semi-intensive, grammar, phonetics, conversation, business)
  → You have attended every class offered in the first week of the course.

• For courses that take place once a week (e.g. weekend courses, writing course, conversation club, exam preparation)
  → You have attended every offered lesson of the first course day.
• For private lessons you have attended the first lesson provided as agreed.

Please write to us at service@deutschakademie.com no later than 7 days after your first course day and state the reason why the course did not meet your expectations.

The personal consultation offered by our course management team must be scheduled within 7 days of the offer.

Our goal is for you to achieve your learning objective within the month you have booked. Therefore, the prerequisite for a refund is that we first work together to find a suitable alternative or have already explored this option without success. The meeting can take place in person at our customer service offices or over the phone.

We will then refund the amount you paid within four weeks of your claim under the quality guarantee to the account you used for payment.

The quality guarantee does not apply to:

• Visa courses, as these are directly linked to your visa.
• telc & ÖSD exams, as we prepare these individually for all participants.
• telc & ÖSD exam preparation courses if the booked level is not appropriate, as these can be booked on your own responsibility without a placement test.
