Content: What do I learn in the telc exam preparation course B1 German?
In these special courses, you train in all areas relevant to the exam, with exam simulations, model tests and many additional and proven exercises and teaching aids - in speaking, listening, reading and writing. The DeutschAkademie is a telc examination center
By passing a telc exam, you can prove your language skills - for school, training, university, work or naturalization in Germany. The DeutschAkademie is licensed as a telc examination center. This means that you can take German language courses and exam preparation courses for all levels with us. And immediately afterwards, you can take the corresponding telc exam in a familiar environment at our locations in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin and receive your telc certificate.
Understand the structure of the telc German B1 exam
The examination is divided into a written and an oral part. Both take place on the same day. The better you know the structure and content of the Telc exam, the easier it will be for you to pass it successfully. Our experienced teachers will prepare you specifically for all areas - including model tests under real conditions.
The written part assesses reading comprehension, listening comprehension and written expression and lasts around 2.5 hours. Here you can expect reading, comprehension and listening tasks, including multiple-choice questions and text-matching exercises.
The oral exam focuses on speaking skills. Your ability to communicate in everyday conversational situations is tested. In addition to expression and formal correctness, this also includes pronunciation and intonation. After a 20-minute preparation period, the actual exam lasts 15 minutes.
