Hugendubel!

Can I say, as an American, I absolutely LOVE Barnes and Nobles. When I was in America, I would consistently go to a Barnes and Nobles in the area, and just read a few books while slurping on a Starbucks Frappacino. Sadly, no Barnes and Nobles is found within the borders of Germany, however I have found a wonderful subsitute! HUGENDUBEL! And what a wonderful place it is! I have visited the Marienplatz store, and it was so cool! Even better, I found some amazing German Grammar books I cannot wait to start working on. Some even explain German concepts in English, and so perhaps that will make it even better for me to learn German.  Many say that it is best to get the basic concepts of another language explained in your mother tongue, so with that said, I purchased some good books, such as “German Grammar Drills” (very necessary, I think) and “Essential Grammar-English Version”.  I would fully recommend for anyone to check this place out, and go to the 4th floor where all the language books are offered. For me, I can buy a Starbucks down the street, then come visit this amazing Book World and read my german books, while still slurping on my Starbucks Frappacino :-)m-hugendubel-13a_gallery.JPG
