Hygiene Rules for In-house Courses 3G Model of the DeutschAkademie Stuttgart
In order to protect our participants and employees from a further spread of the Covid-19 virus, the DeutschAkademie is committed to working according to the legal requirements of the 3G access model from 19.03.2022. With this concept we implement the requirements of the regulation of 19.03.2022 of the state of Baden-Württemberg. We point out the compliance with this concept and ensure the compliance with the measures specified in this concept.
According to this, the following guidelines apply:
The DeutschAkademie premises will only be made available to vaccinated, recovered and tested persons. This means that vaccinated persons must have been vaccinated against Covid-19 with a vaccine approved by the European Union and their last required vaccination must have been at least 14 days ago. Recovered persons must have a proof of recovery from SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection at least 28 days and no more than 6 months ago. Permitted vaccines are: Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
Also accepted is written or electronic certification of a negative test result from a current PCR test (not older than 48 hours) or a current official rapid test (not older than 24 hours) for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection.
Proof of vaccination against or recovery from SARS-CoV-2 must be digitally verifiable, such as via the federal government’s Corona warning app or the RKI’s CovPass app. Upon entry, proof will be digitally verified and matched to a photo ID. The proof must be shown before entering the DeutschAkademie as well as upon request by the responsible authority.
The DeutschAkademie ensures by means of an effective access control that the requirements according to points 1 to 2 are met, whereby the fulfillment of the requirements is to be checked on a person-specific basis. Persons who do not meet these requirements will be denied access.
The DeutschAkademie points out in a suitable, clearly recognizable manner, in particular through notices in the entrance area and, if necessary, via the website, that the offer is directed exclusively at vaccinated, recovered and negatively tested persons. A valid European vaccination certificate or an official proof of recovery from the public health department must be presented before the start of the course and must be carried on each day of the course.
Mouth-nose-covering: Wearing an FFP2 mask in the DeutschAkademie in all rooms is mandatory. Participants are responsible for paying for an FFP 2 mask themselves.
Obligation to report suspected corona or corona disease
If, despite having been vaccinated or having recovered, students show the typical symptoms of an infection with the coronavirus (increased temperature from 37.5°C, cold symptoms or respiratory illnesses), they will not be allowed to enter the premises of the DeutschAkademie or to take part in lessons.
The same applies to contact with an infected person or to positive testing for Covid-19, but also if a possible infection is suspected. In such a case, a responsible person at the DeutschAkademie must be informed immediately so that any chains of infection can be prevented as quickly as possible.
Persons present shall be made aware of this by means of written notices.
Persons who develop symptoms typical of Corona during their stay must leave the premises of the DeutschAkademie, go into domestic isolation and contact their family doctor for clarification.
Hygiene measures for the implementation of lessons in the 3G model
Frequently touched surfaces and sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly.
Care is taken to ensure that the interior rooms are sufficiently ventilated with fresh air. For this purpose, the operating rooms are ventilated regularly. Ventilation must be carried out at least once an hour. All available possibilities for maximum ventilation are used. Care is taken to ensure that cross-ventilation takes place whenever possible. If possible, windows and doors shall remain open at all times.
Entering the premises of the DeutschAkademie is only possible upon presentation of a valid European vaccination certificate, a proof of recovery or a certificate of an official negative test (PCR test not older than 48 hours and rapid test not older than 24 hours).
Queues are to be avoided.
The use of public transport is subject to the hygiene rules displayed there.
Stay in the building: breaks, leaving & entering the DeutschAkademie
When entering and leaving the DeutschAkademie or changing rooms, hands must be washed or disinfected. Disinfectants are available at the entrance, in the restrooms, and outside the office. In the stairwell and in the corridors, care must be taken to walk on the right.
Room hygiene at the DeutschAkademie
The premises are cleaned and disinfected even more frequently than usual. This applies in particular to contact surfaces such as door handles and tables, as well as the sanitary area.
This hygiene concept shall be displayed in a clearly visible manner. Hands must be disinfected before entering the premises. Signposted disinfectant dispensers with the request to use them when entering the premises are provided by the DeutschAkademie. Soap, towel and disinfectant dispensers are regularly checked and refilled.
Disinfectants for surface disinfection are available in the classrooms. The workplaces are to be cleaned by the pupils before and after lessons.
The sanitary rooms are equipped with liquid soap, disposable towels and disinfectants.
Personal hygiene at the DeutschAkademie
Students are encouraged to wash their hands regularly (wash hands with soap for 20-30 seconds) or to disinfect their hands. The DeutschAkademie ensures that this is possible.
Coughing and sneezing etiquette must be observed (cough or sneeze into the crook of the arm or into a tissue). If possible, touching eyes, nose and mouth as well as physical contact between pupils is to be avoided.
The measures became effective on 19.03.2022.
Compliance with the above measures is monitored and regularly controlled by the employees of the DeutschAkademie. This hygiene concept is made known to all employees by means of instruction and posting. If the official requirements change, this hygiene concept will be adapted accordingly. (Status: 25.03.2022)
Persons who do not comply with the aforementioned requirements must be denied access to the DeutschAkademie or must be expelled from the premises by the staff.
Do you have symptoms? Call 116 117 and inform the office so we can take any further steps. Please note that the DeutschAkademie reserves the right to send participants with flu-like symptoms home.
