Tips regarding suitable course booking when applying for a visa
Booking confirmation for submission to the immigration authorities (please note that as DeutschAkademie we cannot send you an invitation, you will receive the booking confirmation from us)
When is a visa necessary?
Are you an EU citizen? Then you do not need a visa for entry and stay in Germany.
Check with the German Embassy or Consulate General in your country to find out if you need a visa for your German course in Munich. You can also find the requirements and all other information about visa regulations on the website of the German Foreign Office.
As soon as you have paid the fee for your German course in Munich, we will send you a booking confirmation with all course details. You can present this to the authorities in order to obtain the visa for Germany.
Tip: At the visa office you have to give a residential address, unfortunately you cannot give the address of the DeutschAkademie as your residential address.
If you do not receive a visa for your German course in Munich, we will of course refund the course fees in full up to 14 days before the start of your German course.
If you send us a copy of the rejection letter from the German embassy, a cancellation is also possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of your German course.
