Hygiene Rules for In-house Courses 2G model (vaccinated, recovered) of the DeutschAkademie Munich
In order to protect our participants and staff from a further spread of the Covid-19 virus, the DeutschAkademie is committed to working according to the legal requirements of the 2-G access model from 24.11.2021.
In accordance with § 2 Nr. 2 and 4 SchAusnahmV, entry to the DeutschAkademie is only permitted after presentation of a coronavirus vaccination certificate, after presentation of a recovery certificate, both in conjunction with the presentation of an official photo ID, or after presentation of an official photo ID showing that one is not yet twelve years and three months old.
Permitted vaccines: Biontech/Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
The proof must be shown before entering the DeutschAkademie and on request of the competent authority.
The obligation to provide proof also applies to persons working at the DeutschAkademie who are on the same premises or in the same area as customers, visitors, guests or other persons who make use of the respective offer.
The DeutschAkademie shall ensure by means of effective access control that the requirements according to points 1 to 3 are complied with, whereby the fulfilment of the requirements shall be checked on a person-related basis.
The DeutschAkademie points out in a suitable, clearly recognisable manner that the offer is aimed exclusively at vaccinated or recovered persons.
The DeutschAkademie shall indicate to the competent authority in advance that the respective offer is directed exclusively at these very persons, and in doing so assures compliance with the requirements according to points 1 to 5.
A valid European vaccination certificate or an official certificate of recovery from the health authority must be presented before the start of the course and must be carried each day of the course.
Wearing an FFP2 mask is also mandatory during the course.
Further effective measures for protection against infection with SARS-CoV-2 are:
Good hand hygiene (hand washing with soap for 20-30 seconds).
Compliance with cough and sneeze labels (coughing or sneezing in the crook of the arm or in a handkerchief).
Obligation to report suspected corona or corona disease
If, despite having been vaccinated or having recovered, students show the typical symptoms of an infection with the coronavirus (increased temperature from 37.5°C, cold symptoms or respiratory illnesses), they will not be allowed to enter the premises of the DeutschAkademie or to take part in lessons.
The same applies in the case of contact with an infected person or a positive test for Covid-19, but also in the case of a suspected possible infection. In such a case, a person responsible at the DeutschAkademie must be informed immediately so that any chains of infection can be stopped as quickly as possible.
Persons present shall be made aware of this by means of written notices.
Persons who develop symptoms typical of Corona during their stay must leave the premises of the DeutschAkademie, go into domestic isolation and contact their family doctor for clarification.
Hygiene measures for the implementation of lessons in the 2-G model (vaccinated, recovered)
Frequently touched surfaces and sanitary facilities are cleaned regularly.
Care is taken to ensure that the interior rooms are sufficiently ventilated with fresh air. For this purpose, the operating rooms are ventilated regularly. Ventilation must be carried out at least once an hour. All available possibilities for maximum ventilation are used. Care is taken to ensure that cross-ventilation takes place whenever possible. If possible, windows and doors shall remain open at all times.
Entry to the premises of the DeutschAkademie is only possible on presentation of a valid European vaccination certificate or proof of recovery.
Queues are to be avoided.
The use of public transport is subject to the hygiene rules displayed there.
Stay in the building: breaks, leaving & entering the DeutschAkademie
When entering and leaving the DeutschAkademie or changing rooms, hands must be washed or disinfected. Disinfectants are available at the entrance, in the toilets and in front of the office. In the stairwell and in the corridors, make sure to walk on the right.
Room hygiene at the DeutschAkademie
The premises are cleaned and disinfected even more frequently than usual. This applies in particular to contact surfaces such as door handles and tables, as well as the sanitary area.
This hygiene concept shall be displayed in a clearly visible manner. Hands must be disinfected before entering the premises. Signposted disinfectant dispensers with the request to use them when entering the premises are provided by the DeutschAkademie. Soap, towel and disinfectant dispensers are regularly checked and refilled.
Disinfectants for surface disinfection are available in the classrooms. The workplaces are to be cleaned by the pupils before and after lessons.
The sanitary rooms are equipped with liquid soap, disposable towels and disinfectants.
Personal hygiene at the DeutschAkademie
Students are encouraged to wash their hands regularly (wash hands with soap for 20-30 seconds) or to disinfect their hands. The DeutschAkademie ensures that this is possible.
Coughing and sneezing etiquette must be observed (cough or sneeze into the crook of the arm or into a tissue). If possible, touching eyes, nose and mouth as well as physical contact between pupils is to be avoided.
The measures mentioned will take effect immediately.
If the official requirements change, this hygiene concept will be adapted accordingly. (Status updated November 24th, 2021)
Compliance with the above measures is monitored and regularly checked by the employees of the DeutschAkademie. This hygiene concept is made known to all employees by means of instructions and notices.
Do you have symptoms? Call 116 117 and inform the office so we can take any further steps. Persons who do not comply with the aforementioned regulations must be denied access to the DeutschAkademie or must be expelled from the premises by the staff.
