Classes that you cannot attend for personal reasons will not be refunded or replaced by attending another group. It is best to let your teacher know. Our teachers are very helpful and can email you the material such as homework. You can also visit our free tutoring service and ask any questions you may have about the lessons.

Do you have an A1/A2/B1/B2/C1 German course?

We offer all course levels from A1-C2 every month. Here you can find our course dates.

I would like to take level XY, are there still places available?

If you are already a student with us, you are very welcome to contact our customer service office or send us an email so that we can reserve a place for you.

If you are booking a course at DeutschAkademie for the first time or if it has been longer than 3 months since your last course, we would need the placement test.

Will the German course definitely take place?

Whether a course actually takes place always depends on demand. We start courses with a minimum of 7 participants. If a course cannot start because there were too few registrations, we will contact you and offer you alternatives. In case none of the alternatives is suitable for you, you will of course get your full course fee back and thus have no risk.
