Discovering Alexanderplatz after German classes in Berlin!

Sandra, 25. September 2019
Deutsch Akademie with it´s best German classes lies in the heart of Alexanderplatz, which has become a very popular area to go for Berlin natives as well for tourists. It is a great place for shopping, eating and it is the center point for Berlin’s transportation system.
It was named Alexanderplatz in honor of the Russian Emperor Alexander I, who visited this part of Berlin on his trip to Germany.
After Germany’s official reunification in 1990, Alexanderplatz started growing exponentially. It has maintained its socialist architecture style, but a lot of buildings have been renovated and more will be done in the near future as well as several skyscrapers. Old style and new style mxi in this beautiful area of Berlin.
