We have put a lot of effort into correcting all shortcomings. Should you still come across any residual errors (typing, allocation, etc.), please contact us in the forum stating the identification number of the exercise in question.

In case you have any difficulties understanding or solving the exercises, you have the possibility to directly contact a DeutschAkademie teacher for individual support. Just click on the "help" button and type in your question. Unless the grammar explanation is not already online, you get an appropriate answer via email. If another user has encountered the same problem before, the respective solution appears in the window of the help function.

Now German grammar aspects and topics are classified and listed in more detail which enables you to adjust your training very specifically on your individual needs. Moreover, all detailed grammar topics are also grouped together into bundled themes which comprise all related grammar aspects. An example: if you want to practice "verbs", you will find detailed exercises on reflexive verbs, modal verbs, and similar aspects in this bundled topic.

We have added a print function so that you can print out the results of exercises, your homework, or tests in order to show them to your German teacher. This is especially convenient if you do not understand why your answer to a particular question is wrong.

Furthermore, we are establishing an effective system to connect German teachers with their students. Teachers will soon have the possibility to create workgroups in which they can upload exercises, tests, or homework for their students. That way teachers also have a better overview of the learning progress of their students.

For learners who prepare themselves specifically for the ÖSD (Austrian language certificate) exam, there will be an option to practice grammar and reading comprehension.

We are also working on guidelines for the use of the online German course. We plan to inform teachers and learners with screenshots and additional explanations on how to take advantage of all features of the online German grammar trainer.
