Language examination Berlin: Intermediate Level Examination II C1

Passing the Examination Intermediate Level II proves that you already have very good communication skills and are able to express yourself competently even when dealing with more complex subjects. You are able to understand demanding texts in daily newspapers and can express yourself well in specialized discussions.

If you have passed the Intermediate Level Examination II, you meet the requirements to apply for admission to a German university or college. For many jobs in Germany, passing the Examination Intermediate Level II is a prerequisite to being hired, because it attests that you have a wide-ranging vocabulary encompassing private and professional subject matters.

The Intermediate Level Examination II takes place once a month at the Deutschakademie Berlin and consists of 4 parts: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written expression, oral expression.
